Everything on this website, and in our books and audiobooks, is for general information and personal development. It is not medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read the full disclaimer. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are taken securely by Stripe.
• Your purchase is confirmed when payment succeeds; we then add it to your account and email you.
• We may correct a price or description error before confirming an order, and we will tell you if we do.
• Formats marked “Coming soon” are not yet on sale.

Audiobooks and your library

Buying an audiobook gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream it from your Audio Library on ryanpenny.com, for as long as the website operates. Buying one audiobook doesn't give access to others unless they're part of a bundle you bought. Audiobooks are streamed, not downloaded.

Your licence to use our books

You may read or listen for your own use. You may not copy, record, share, resell, upload or distribute our books or audiobooks, in whole or in part, or share your account, without our written permission. We may suspend access if an account is clearly being shared or misused.

Our content

The text, Live Now Well framework, Four Keeps, images, logos, books and recordings on this site belong to Ryan Penny or Perspective4 Life FZCO, or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with credit.

Links to other sites

We link to services such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on its content. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
